Well, if we’re using character models then no, it looks like they wouldn’t. But there’s a lot of art out there that depicts otherwise and I think you can go with it either way and omg I love that this is a discussion on my dash.
And now I need to draw a bristly Muds.
While the character models don’t look particularly furry (especially compared to Pandaren or Tauren), fur does give jungle trolls their coloring. Which means Blizz either just didn’t think to render it or maybe they even forgot that little detail when they were building the models. Or maybe its so light (like peach fuzz) there was no need to bother? But technically, it is there…sorta?
Also, forest trolls’ coloring is due to moss growing on their bodies. The color of moss depends not on genetics, but the moss growing in an area. Just like trees, spores (seeds?) will land on new forest troll babies, sprout on them, and give them their color. So cute!
But it’s up to the creator whether or not their troll has fur or moss, of course. Though it is canon, and I think it’s a really interesting detail of them.
To be fair, the original race models are BAD. And I mean - BAD.
The best way I’ve found to explain troll fuzz is to think of it as a bodytight coat of hair like you’d find on a Pittbull or, for fluffier Trolls, like a Rottweiler. And then compared to ice trolls which would be like a big fluffy Bernese Mountain Dog.

So while browsing Tumblr (I’m pretty new at it!) I’ve noticed my old Garrosh x Varian fanart floating around a lot. While it is a little embarrassing its quite shock to see how large the fandom actually is for the pairing. It’s also lovely to see Garrosh isn’t as hated as I thought. He is the best Orc afterall! I just hope Blizzard don’t kill him off. =(

*facepalm* This just makes it seem like if you don’t have love you’re a horribly sick person. Being lonely or in love has sweet fuck all to do with it.
Persons who are isolated will have a weaker immune system because they’re not exposed to as many people - and thus germs - so they don’t build their immune systems. Comparatively, a couple or family have more contact with each other as well as more people in general from more areas that they spread germs in the home, thus building an immune system.
This is the same reason why people get more sick during winter, because family members also stay closer together and indoors, maximizing the spread of germs amongst themselves that they’ve all picked up in their day-to-day.
Being lonely or in love has sweet fuck all to do with germ spread and it annoys me when people try to pass off that it is.

Damn, and I thought I was the only one that thought of The Plagues!
I think it matches up quite well with current events, especially the feeling between the Heroes. Vol’Jin wants his people free, Thrall is reluctant to face Garrosh as he still has feelings for the Hellscream family but sees he has no choice. Garrosh is entirely lost in his ways. And in the end they bring in the warriors of the Horde and the Alliance upon him - knowing how many innocent people caught in the middle will be killed.

Headcanon World Building: Troll affection
When working on my character stories the concept of intimacy between a near-human and a Troll came up. Humans show affection through touch, especially within couples. They hug, they pet, they kiss - but would this be true in a non-human culture?
Considering that Troll men have large tusks, I don’t feel kissing would be something they would actually want instinctively due to obvious difficulties inherent in the shape and sizes of tusks. So what equivalent would Trolls have?
There are several examples of similar ideals to draw inspiration from. In Disney’s Gargoyles, the creator addressed this difference by having the Gargoyle culture see stroking a partner’s hair or skull ridges/brows as the equivalent of a kiss. In similar fashion, the Ferengi in Star Trek have sensitive ears that when stroked produce just as much pleasure.
So what do Trolls have that could set them apart? They’ve got long ears, prominent noses and large noses - but above else the males are hunched. Comparing the males and females, it puts them to the same height, almost perfect for intimate contact face to face. Thinking about it a bit I came up with something simple yet equally intimate as any embrace - pressing foreheads together.
Long or protruding tusks wouldn’t get in the way, nor would their long noses. It also easily applies to all types of trolls, including the cursed/mutated Dire trolls. By pressing foreheads they would be able to hold physical contact, gaze into each other’s eyes and focus solely on each other. Combined with stroking of hair or ears could be seen as much more intimate or personal an encounter like the equivalent of making out.
A less intimate version, such as between a a pair of good friends, might simply be to extend one of their fingers and lightly tap the centre forehead. This allows for different ranges of emotion to be showcased on this one touch equivalent to a kiss. Be it a kiss of friendship on the cheek to a full french kiss of passion.
In the end, especially with the culture mingling that comes with many Trolls being neutral entities (hirelings) and now more prominently mixed within the Horde the females may more readily provide kisses to their lovers in more convenient places (forehead, cheek, neck) but I would believe that with only one party able to initiate said practice a more traditional method would be used, especially within the Troll communities themselves.
In the end it’s up to everyone to figure move forward with what they want. But in my head canon, this provides a lot more complexity to relationships between the races and adds more depth to the troll culture.
